I have been struggling with my weight and self image all my life. After approximately 15 years of researching, formulating and implementing different health and diet plans, I have finally found a balanced formula that works.
Like most of you parents and non-parents alike, I am always trying to find the balance between health and happiness.
About 13 years ago, I decided to become a vegetarian and it has changed my life tremendously. I used to get migraines and feel bloated all the time mixed with constant nausea.
After removing meat from my diet I started to feel a whole lot better. Ok! Don’t worry! This is not a campaign to get you to change your diet to a vegetarian one. It is just one option among many.
After becoming a vegetarian I considered becoming vegan but it just seemed extremely inconvenient particularly while traveling internationally.
After my vegan adventure I started to look into the raw food diet and I thought that I had finally found the answer to the perfect nutritional and wholesome diet that was also a fabulous weight loss diet. WRONG! Well everything I just described about the raw food diet is true; however, the labor involved in creating such dishes seemed near impossible.
After all, am I suppose to wait three days before my onion bread is fully dehydrated and I can actually sink my teeth into it?
I started to study the different cultures, their health and weight issues. I found that there is no such thing as a perfect diet. That is when I had my epiphany. I figured out through years of research and interviews that cooked foods, semi-raw and raw foods are all actually wonderful and acceptable nutritionally. Although all of the above are true, a certain amount of organic raw foods on a daily basis is essential.
Let’s face it, we all know that sometimes we go a couple days (for some people a few weeks or months) without getting a proper amount of fresh organic fruits and vegetables. This is the point in which we must supplement not with vitamins that are basically” expensive urine” but with whole supplemental foods. Supplemental vitamins are merely substitutions where isolation of certain vitamins and minerals have been placed in a capsule. This is great for a while however, after a certain time it starts to work like a laxative. We all know that laxatives taken for a long period of time can be somewhat damaging. It causes our body to stop functioning the way it is meant to do and rely upon a synthetic substance.
The supplements that have worked for myself and thousand of other is one that regenerates the body. They are highly concentrated formulas that are completely pure organic foods. For more information about these SUPERFOODS please click on the links below:
